We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

To use certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the platform.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to our servers. You must not use any automated means to access the services without our express written permission.
4. Intellectual Property
The Tringify platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Tringify and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with providing and improving our services.
5. Payment Terms
Certain services require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy or as required by applicable law.
We may change our fees at any time. If we change fees for a service you are currently subscribed to, we will provide you with advance notice. Your continued use of the service after a fee change constitutes your agreement to pay the new fees.
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. You may export your data within 30 days of account termination, after which we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tringify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Tringify makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of our services, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, although we strive for 99.99% uptime as described in our Service Level Agreement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tringify is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules, unless you are located in a jurisdiction where arbitration agreements are not enforceable.
